THE PLAY
Sometimes shatter my
Sandcastle that I made
As a naughty girl .
Sometimes wipe out my
Name that I wrote
As my kindergarten teacher
Sometimes she kisses on
My feet gently as my lover .
Sometimes she kicks me
As a wrestler .
But always as a moving stage
She reflects the play at the sky
Where clouds, birds and the stars are actors
And it is
lightening by the sun and moon.

The Gun Shouted
The gun shouted
The gun shouted
Bullet passed swiftly
And broke the heart of
An ape and soon she
Throw away her baby
Fasten with her chest
And fell to the ground
And died soon
When the hunter arrived there
To pick his prey
The sight was heartbreaking
Even to him to see her body with
Milk, falling from her breast

OBITUARY
Once here was a river
A laughing river
A caring river
She cooled our throats
She poured Gold
Into our paddy fields
She was a playground for our kids
But we cut her vein
We cut her throat
We stabbed into her heart
She can cry only now
Forget to laugh
But I still remember her lullaby
Perhaps it is an obituary
To my beloved river Friday, March 1, 2013
