ONE ,TWO ,THREE

Pleasing and pretty
Pebbles
The  precious treasure
Of my childhood
My niece Maya
Always fond of
Collecting  broken pieces
Of colorful bangles
All those we kept
In the toy home , we made.
On every Sunday
We made our toy home alive
With rice and curry of mud
And decorating the home
With wild flowers from alleyway
And counted our treasures
As one, two , three …………………….
But on a black day
My uncle shifted home
To a distant place
That was a terrible day for me
From then
I  played alone in our toy home
And counted my pebbles
In tears,as
 one, two , three…………………….

  1. Soulful piece...felt the pain of feeling loss in life...we treasure each other and yet...we are always near...even when we seem so far away...love lives within and never dies! Great write dear Jaya!

  2. I do consider all the concepts you've offered in your post. They are really convincing and can definitely work. Still, the posts are too quick for beginners. May you please lengthen them a little from next time? Thanks for the post.
